Hello, I joined talk talk in 2019 and was only sent a router without the land line which they normally ask for whenever i tried to contact them.Someone somewhere is using the number and I need it and chatted with a colleague once last year about it and nothing was done till date to send me the mobile phone as I’m paying and have paid for it when I entered the contract. I would like to know why I will be charged £29:95 years this Feb instead of the normal £23:50. Please, kindly assist. Thanks.

Im confused with what you are asking,  the number you have given, (which has been removed for security) is a landline number, I suspect that  your price is rising because your minimum term contract is coming to an end in February as is any discounts you have. 

 

Can you update your community profile to include your Account number and I can look into this.

And the mobile number for the account is given as obscured for customer security and the number seems to be ringing.
