Live chat never works & I can't call them so what to do?
It's a Samsung J5 Gold, contract has ended & TalkTalk don't do mobiles now.
(I dropped it down the toilet, it fell out of my pocket.)
I'm very annoyed cos I liked that phone.
I went to the O2 shop which was a very bad experience, hardly any phones on display, the guy tried to flog me overpriced crap that he brought out from the stock room.
I'd rather go with EE I think but they didn't have the phones I like either.
Maybe I should just wait for the Xmas sales & buy a phone then get a sim only deal?
I saw on TalkTalk site that Carphone Warehouse fix their phones but will they charge?

If you dropped it down the toilet I doubt it can be fixed. Make sure you salvage the SIM and buy a new phone.
Now I have the task of getting a PAC code & stopping my bill but live chat never works! I can't call them. Is there an email address?
Live Chat worked fine, got a PAC code with no drama, took about 5 minutes.
You get an email with the code.
It also tells you not to cancel your payment method until you have received a final bill.
