I've been with TalkTalk mobile for several years now, and each time I've got a new phone I've installed my SIM card with no issues - until now. I bought a new mobile this week, put in my SIM card, and now my phone tells me I'm on Vodafone network (not TalkTalk as previously). Also my data used appears to have been reset to zero for the month, and the 'rollover' date changed to the date I put the SIM in my new phone.
None of this has ever happened with new phones in the past - what is happening?

They do indeed @Gliwmaeden2 , but I think hitherto the display and settings on the phone were always specifically TalkTalk, just the same as any other carrier operating on an MVNO basis. Which I think is the question.
@IanB99 Try calling the mobile team on 0345 172 0088 after 9:00 tomorrow and see if they can shed any light on this. And please let us know!
