No mobile signal

The mobile signal at home is very weak and often there is no signal at all. This is more of an issue now during lockdown. Could this please be looked into. Many thanks.

I sympathize as I can't get an indoor, or sometimes even an outdoor phone signal, which make things requiring a OTP a pain. However, the problem is down to the mobile phone network and the company that operate it, eg O2, Three, Vodafone, EE, etc, not talktalk. Even if you have a talktalk mobile the basic service is provided by one of the mobile phone companies, I think O2, and there is not anything they can really do about it.

Thanks. Since I pay my money to TalkTalk, I would hope they have a degree of leverage with the network provider.
