I am at the end of my tether trying to set up data on my One plus ONe phone. I've spent a year talking to support on different occasions and have all but given up. Now I've looked at my bill and there appears to be a small amount of data usage. How can this be??? I've done everything with APN as instructed. Nothing. One plus One is included as a compatible phone so I don't know where the problem is lying and I can't see how I could be using data when I never have it turned on! Any suggestions greatly welcome!
