A few weeks ago I cancelled my Talktalk mobile contract, but I have a negative account balance
(i.e. Talktalk owe me money), but there doesn't seem to be any way of getting a refund of this money.
There is an method on myaccount to get refunds on home broadband, but this method doesn't work for mobile.

You will need to contact our mobile customer service team on 03451720088
Unfortunately we do not have access to the mobile billing system to request your refund.

Hi @G7wdNxUQ you are correct, when I tried and failed it involved a paper transaction going backwards and forward. I decided to write off the £ 1.50 considering Tt needed it more than me!
Obviously this might not be the solution for you. I'll root around and see if I can find the procedure
