I have fitted my replacement SIM which number shows on my online account, however it rejects my attempt to Activate it and instead gives me a phone number to contact, which of course is understandably at the moment, not contactable.  I cannot locate a Chat facility either

I have checked my Profile info, and have ensured that both my mobile and Talktalk landline numbers are showing.

I have rebooted new phone several times to no avail

Help would be appreciated
