Both phones on my account have been suspended. I used a large amount of data streaming and used up all my allowance. Talk Talk warned me then cut off my phones.I immediately paid the sum of £40 against the due amount of £30.80. The account is usually paid by direct debit and resets on 8th April. The Phones are still down. I rely on my phones to contact my aged mother who is in hospital (obviously I cannot visit her at the moment). Any ideas how to get them going again?
If your TalkTalk Mobile service is suspended due to usage, you'll need to make a payment to start using it again. You can do all this in My Account. You'l need to pay 50% or more of the usage costs you’ve incurred. As soon as you do that, we'll bring your account back online. It usually takes up to four hours, so bear with us. Once your account is back, you should turn your phone off and on again to make sure all your services are working properly.
