Broke my phone back in April and due to Lock down unable to get a nano sim from TT for new phone so had to go to new provider. Eventually via this site managed to contact TT and was assured that my account for mobile would be closed, but here we are in October and still being billed. What do I have to do to get mobile plan stopped.
You will have to call our mobile customer service teams and discuss this, unfortunately we have no access to the mobile systems on the community.
