Since I have received notice from TT mobile that the service was changing, I saw that its time to switch it up, so have decided to move to a payg service from gifgaf, but my handset is network locked to vodaphone. Your help pages say

Please can I have an unlock code for my handset. I know you are going to need an imei, so where do I go to access the right person to give this to?

Tried the live chat team, there is no link to live chat on the page you directed me to, because covid.
I'll have to keep trying. actually, I will just cancel my mobile contract because you are stopping the service, so I'll just retire the handset or trade it for another.

There is a link there right now, @DangerClam, where it says "chat now" on a blue background.
Purple background when busy.
Refresh the page to catch it when it becomes available.
You do need to scroll down a bit on there to reach it.
