Vulnerable customer, mobile still suspended

Im a high risk vulnerable customer and my mobile was suspended almost 2 weeks ago, the bill was paid over a week ago and i still have no mobile service. Please can somebody contact me asap to reinstate it as it is my only form of contact with people
