Is it your landline or a mobile that is broken?
Please complete your community forum profile details, @lukeman12, and you will see that Talktalk requires BOTH the landline number and a fallback phone number, so that staff can identify your account.
Forum staff won't phone you, but they can check for any faults and feed back on this thread.
Please go via your avatar/name; settings; launch profile wizard.
A mobile number should also be noted in your details in MY ACCOUNT.
