Have recently changed from mobile contract to essential sim,
Thought this was free with broadband account ,but am still being charged £5.00 monthly charge as before,
Is This right and if not how do i correct this.
It is best to speak to the Mobile team directly as the OCEs on these forums don't have access to the mobile billing systems.
Use either the "Help" at the top of this screen, or trying LiveChat may work, I think they are still around at this time of night.
