My mother - her talk talk mobile account is suspended
Suspension due to non-payment of bill
My understanding is that bill has been paid by D. debit and the non payment is seemingly an error
Her mobile is her only form of communication at moment due to her locale while she waits out the pandemic - no internet or landline. So she cannot contact talk talk.
What are the next steps seeing she cannot contact and I cant post her details online
