The sim number that they say i have is **REMOVED**the number on the back of the sim that arrived today is different and you cannot change it ,new number starts with **REMOVED** etc so unable to register it. In mean time cannot text

Do the numbers match from the 000301 onwards?
yes.. plus four more at the end starting with a G .... five numbers in front of the first 0
The number is correct and you can complete the activation through My Account.
