suspended mobile account

could someone please help to my horror i found out my mobile had been suspended only when i went to make a call then went onto my account to find that in 1 day i had used £68 in data so my £5 bill as gone to £73 i don't no how this as happened as i never have data switched on i use wifi on my phone please let me know what i can do as the bill is due next week & i can NOT afford to pay £73 instead of £5 thank you.
