I have a new oppo phone (Reno 2f) purchased in Vietnam. When I inserted my sim, the data connection did not work. After minimal digging I discovered there were two potential access points, both Vodafone. Switching to PAYG WAP on pp.vodaphone.co.uk, the data now works.
Really I just want to check that I am ok continuing to use this access point. I did try texting TALK to 40127 to get a new configuration message but so far no response.

You will have to call our mobile customer service teams and discuss this, unfortunately we have no access to the mobile systems on the community.
