OCE Request- Router crashes when streaming on PS4

My wireless router resets its self while streaming video to my PS4. Worst of all using the Now TV app. Crashes every 10 min. Other apps like Netfilx or Amazon prime slightly better.

I understand that this is a problem with the firmware on the HG633 router.

Would appreciate a fix for this.

PS. No problems while connected via ethernet, only the wireless.

Solution

Hi John

Apologies for this.

I've changed your router firmware version, please let us know how the connection is after this.

@ROBYER1 - Please can you create a new thread, we can then look into this further.

Thanks

Debbie

That seems to have fixed the problem. Watched a few programs on NowTv using the wireless connection on the PS4 and all was well.

Thanks for your help.
