0800 Numbers

I've read conflicting information on forums, some claim that calling an 0800 number from a TalkTalk landline is 100% free. However, TalkTalk customer services tell me that although 0870/0845 are inclusive on my TalkTalk Essentials account, 0800 are in fact chargeable.

Can anyone give me a definitive answer on this?

Thanks very much, that seems pretty definite information. I was just confused because when I e-mailed TalkTalk and asked them the question they told me 0800 weren't inclusive, and so would be chargeable.
