We know forums can be a little daunting at times, so here are some of my useful tips to help you get the most out of the community:

Adsl light flashing on router.

Lost internet last night all of a sudden. Adsl light flashing. Have reset and restarted. Nothing! Still flashing. Any help? Please!

I'm sorry to hear you're having problems with your services.  Does our service centre show any problems with your line?

 

Could you please let me know which router you are using and if you have a test socket available on your main phone socket.

Talk talk one. Huawei HG533. Dont think I have a test socket. Last night it was intermittent. Gone again now. Service checker said there was noise or interference on line...phone ok though.

No it doesnt seem so. Have internet at thw moment but expecting it to drop out any minute!!!!!!! Is it the line?

I can arrange a call for you from a Faults Manager to help get this sorted.

The call would be 0900-1800 Monday to Friday, when would suit you best?

Ok Monday at say 3pm? In the meantime can my line be checked as it is causing a lot of inconvenience having no internet.

There are no contact details in your forum profile, Please can you update your forum profile to include your home telephone number and mobile number.

 
To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.
 
This will allow us to book the callback.

Had a callback thanks. Had numerous texts with updates too! Had internet twice today for 10 mins each then a text asking me to reply fixed if ok now or ring technical support. Do I need to wait for the 72 hours as previously advised or ring tech support? No internet still so not fixed. Whats the number for tech support or can tbey ring me...?????

Hi Hilary,

 

You should just be able to reply to the text with the words NOT FIXED and this will be automatically delivered to the Network teams.
