I got to admit i am fed up with talk talk. I seem to have to get in contact every two months with an issue.
I am now being charged £65 for an openreach engineer that came and fixed my phone and internet conection. The main insult that i had received was that the original appointment (were i had taken a days holiday) the engineer didn't even turn up! This is with the fact that talk talk are more than happy to charge us if we miss an appointment!
So not only with that i then had to take unpaid leave to have another engineer appointment.
I find talk talks service is highly disappointing. The £65 charge for open reach appoinments is also highly excessive and disgusting.

Can you please add your home phone number to your Community Profile so I can locate your details.
