The Free Starter Boost was a promotion for a limited time that could be added through My Account. So I can look into this for you please can you complete this Contact form and enter your Community username in the Twitter username field. Could you please enter "Forum" prior to your username. Once you submit the form, you will receive a 12 digit reference number, please post this into this thread.
Could you also please update your forum profile settings with your personal information including name and TalkTalk telephone number. To do this go into "my settings" then "personal information" then add your details.
Please do not post any personal information on the forum.
The Boost is not showing on the account, I'm unable to see any notes regarding the offer. So I can look into this further Is it possible you could advise what date you spoke to someone regarding this, did you receive a call or did you make the call? Was the call on your landline number?
