I signed up (via Broadband Choices) for Fibre-65, which included an £80 Gift Voucher, payable within 90 days.
My order went through OK on 16th February 2021 and the service is due to activate on 3rd March.
However I have received no confirmation that the Gift Voucher has been registered. I contacted Giftcloud and they say they are not the providers.
Unless I get some confirmation that the Gift Voucher has been registered I will have to cancel my order (within the 20 day cooling off period).
Is there anything else I can do?
