Gift Vouchers

I signed up (via Broadband Choices) for Fibre-65, which included an £80 Gift Voucher, payable within 90 days.

My order went through OK on 16th February 2021 and the service is due to activate on 3rd March.

 

However I have received no confirmation that the Gift Voucher has been registered. I contacted Giftcloud and they say they are not the providers.

 

Unless I get some confirmation that the Gift Voucher has been registered I will have to cancel my order (within the 20 day cooling off period).

 

Is there anything else I can do?

It has not been overlooked. 

 

Staff are catching up from oldest to newest threads, so it should be reached sooner than this one. 

 

In some departments it is taking about a week to get a reply. Please look out for a response on your earlier thread during the week.
