Hi

My Youview box is working all ok but the HD channels (BBC1,2,ITV and Channel 4) are not showing in HD, i have checked in the Settings section, in the HDMI Display Settings heading it says " The current output is:NO HDMI", the box is connected to my 1080p TV via the HDMI cable, i know my tv works as i also have a PS3 which plays HD fine.  I have even tried disconnecting the PS3 to see if this was interfering with the Youview box.

Hi,

If you navigate to Y Button > Settings > TV Signal & Quality.  Can you confirm that HDMI Display settings are set to 1080p and the Play in Hi Definition is set to 'Yes'

Thanks

Hi,

I would like one of our TV guys to give you a call, and possibly book out an engineer.

Please can you let me know what time is best to call. (9am to 6pm - Mon to Fri)

Please also ensure you have updated your profile to include your home phone number and alternative contact number to allow my colleagues to contact you directly.

Thanks

Karl.
