This Q & A session is as bad as the last one. I have no confidence in Talktalk's ability to keep me safe on line. The very least thay should do is give every member free security software from a well known and trusted provider such as Norton or Kapersky, etc.
Good afternoon, Every time I've seen an offer from Talk talk about security, it has been a month's free trial then a subscription service. If the offer you have revealed is free, why has no one from Talktalk informed me before? I have contacted Talktalk many times about security of my account and have spoken on the phone to various CEO's in the UK headquarters.
