Internet Not Working

Hi!

since a few hours ago we've had problems with the internet!

keeps saying there's no internet (the yellow triangle) and have reset router and everything but no probs.

when trying to diagnose the problem using the windows tool, it says to contact the ISP.

please can you help

any would be best (ps. using hotspot of my phone to use the internet on my laptop) THANKS!!!!

Hi mzhuniz,

I have completed a line test which has not detected a fault on the line and the connection looks ok at the moment. Are you still experiencing this issue?
