Missing £75 voucher

I have ordered TalkTalk’s Faster Fibre broadband via moneysupermarket. I have recieved emial (30.08.2018): Thank you for submitting your email address to get a 
£75 voucher when you choose TalkTalk’s Faster Fibre!
Please note that the voucher will be emailed to you within 90 days from the purchase date. If you have any questions, please read the terms and conditions below before emailing customer support.

 

I have sent few emails to uk-talktalkvouchers@awin.com but nobody replied. I have placed order on 30.08.2018. My order no is: N61378355. 

I can see that many similar complaints have been made through this forum so would anyone be able to help please?

@Arne-TalkTalk Thank you for your help. I have received voucher today but voucher is for £50 not for £75. Could you advise please? I have screen shoots that I have ordered talk talk braodband with £75 pounds e-gift voucher.
