We know forums can be a little daunting at times, so here are some of my useful tips to help you get the most out of the community:

When going into my nectar account I cannot get past the first page, everything freezes, so unable to use my points, can anyone advise?

Hi theresa,

Is the part of the site you are trying to access a secure page by any chance? You may need to amend your MTU setting on the modem. What type of modem are you using?

My MTU is at 1432, I am now going on hol so will have to check when I get back for any more information, many thanks

Back from my hols and the situation has not improved, posted this again today under my account, sorry if I should not have done this so have deleted.

Hi Theresa,

If that is the only site you are having difficulties with its unlikely to be anything to do with your broadband connection itself. What operating software are you using?

Hi, I am using Windows XP and yes it is the only site I am having problems with.

you could try changing your MTU to 1400.

Yes, I have changed it and tried both numbers but has not made any difference.

Have tried once more on 1431 and IT WORKING, great, I can now spend some points, thanks once again for all your time
