I placed a new order with you for fibre broadband, due to go active on 27 December 2018. An engineer is due to visit on this date.
My existing provider is Plusnet. Can you confirm that you (TalkTalk) will automatically cancel my old package with Plusnet?

Yes, TalkTalk will liaise with Plusnet to arrange the switch of services and will then notify Plusnet to end your Plusnet contract on the day that services are switched from Plusnet to TalkTalk. If you wish to keep your landline 'phone number ensure TalkTalk know so they do transfer the 'phone number from Plusnet.
