i cancelled my order on day of or day after installation. you were in breach of contract as you did not provide the internet service as agreed. after trying to get my daughter to act as an engineer i cancelled our contract. this was in december. so why am i still being billed instead of refunded?

i know i need to ring and cancel but after speaking to 4 managers in a row each  over an hour long call, all of whom cant do the cancellation but will put me through to the man who can.... how can i cancel. obviously i will hang up. then you hide behind the message: the line went dead sir so we couldnt cancel. 

if anyone here can help me? otherwise as im unemployed, i will use small claims court for refund.
