New router SAGEMCOM Fast 5364-3. T8 No Power

My new service with TalkTalk started on 1 August 2018. I installed the new router SAGEMCOM Fast 5364-3. T8 with no problems. Overnight 21/22 September the router stopped working with no lights. Checked socket was working with other appliances which powered up without any problems and plugged router into socket which was used for another appliance still no power. Can you arrange for a replacement?

I will ask one of TalkTalk's OCEs to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

Otherwise, TalkTalk will not be able to tie up your forum username to your broadband account. Only you & TalkTalk have visibility of your details.

I have just joind this communication because my router (New router SAGEMCOM Fast 5364-3. T8 No Power) too just stopped working and no power. Infact I started burning smell and I assumed it was overheating so I was forced to join my older router.


Please can you arrange to replace mu new router immediately?

Please can you assist.. as my New router SAGEMCOM Fast 5364-3. also stopped working and no power. It was overheating and it stopped working. In fact I smell burning and just after one use the following morning the router completely stopped working with no power at all. I tried the router with other plugs / sockets however no luck.


I am now forced to use my older router. 


Please can you help and replace my new router.
