Hey, I'm Michelle and I wanted to tell you about our community and how it's packed full of useful information, answers and has a horde of active members waiting to help or just to say hey! We know forums can be a little daunting at times, so here are some of my useful tips to help you get the most out of the community:

No Router, username or password!

Joined TalkTalk at the start of January and have now finally got a letter saying Broadband goes live today, 19 March. However I don't have the Wireless Router or the username and password needed.

I'm concerned because the letter had this to say. "...You have now confirmed you would like to continue having a broadband service from TalkTalk..." before going on to mention the going live date of 19 March.

As a new customer this seems slightly inappropriate and I'm concerned you think I already have a router, username and password.

welcome to the forums and indeed TalkTalk.

The letters are automated and our systems do actually show that a router shipped back on the 5th, it obviously didn't, so I have ordered a new one today.

Let me know once you have received it.
