I've had no internet for the past 2 days, the boardband light on the router keeps flashing and goes off after a while but the internet green light never comes on.
On 192.168.1.1, the dsl sync status is showing as no signal.
I currently don't have another router to test with but have tested with multiple filters. I don't use the phone line so nothing to test there.
I tried all sockets in the house, it's in the test socket now (tried master socket too).
Can an OCE staff please fix this? I'm currently using my 4G mobile network to post this lol.

The engineer visit has been cancelled as requested. The line test is still detecting a potential fault towards the property. Is the voice service still ok and is the router still connected at the test socket?
We can't manually reset DLM as this has to be requested by a BTOR engineer following a fault investigation, however if the connection is now stable then DLM should start to increase the sync speed.
If there is no improvement in speed then we'll have to re-arrange the engineer visit.

Is the connection/stability still ok at the moment? I've asked our Network Team to take a look and confirm if an engineer is still needed and I'll let you know as soon as they respond.
