Overcharged bill - please help!

Hi I have just received my bill and it is for £86 this month which I quite alot....i recently added TalkTalk TV and when I was chatting to the agent they said I could split the £50 one off charge between 3 bills if I called on the day my bill was generated but as all the call centres are closed due to covid-19 and I can't request it and then I was given £10 off my bill by a manager because I wasn't given a remote control or a ethernet cable when my talktalk box arrived and I had to wait another week for the remote and cable to come. But looking at my bill the £10 has not been taken off and I'm being charged the full one off fee when I was told I could split it! I even have proof as i upgraded via chat and the transcript was sent to me. I have tried to call but all lines seem to be closed no matter what option you press! Can this be sorted as I cant afford £86 for one bill and don't want my services to be cancelled
