I’ve got 2 talk talk bill accounts, can you please @talktalk delete my disconnected account because every month when my bill is due @talktalk will go to my disconnected account and try to take my money from there and when they don’t find any money they will charge me for late fee payment, because there won’t be any money there as i pay my money in the right account. Please sort this out for me, right now. I can’t handle the stress that I’m under, every time. Thank you

It's best just to wait for them to reach it, rather than starting another thread - it takes a good couple of days or so to get a reply, especially after the weekend.
Staff are working from oldest to newest posts, so yesterday's threads will be reached first.
It's a queuing system - your posts have not been missed.
