Hi,

I have today gone live with Talktalk, having migrated from BT Wholesale (Eclipse Internet).

All seems well, but please may i have DLM turned off for my line, and set to the lowest target please. (I have been at 3db with BTW which works well for me).

Please let me know if any further information is needed with regards to my line number/talktalk details.

Regards

Jeremy

Hi  Jezzza,

Please can you update your forum profile to include your home telephone number and mobile number.

This will allow us to look into this further.

To do this go into 'my settings' then 'personal information' then add your details.

Hi,

I have now updated my personal details with this information. Please could the DLM now be disabled and SNR target be set at 3db if possible as per my BTW configuration prior to migration to talktalk?

Many Thanks for your help,

Jeremy

Hi Jeremy,

Thanks for updating your profile.  Our lowest target SNR is 6dB, I've moved to onto this setting and asked that DLM is disabled.  I'm afraid I can't guarantee that the networks team won't re-enable it at some point in the future.  Your line is now in sync at 6810 kb/s.

Cheers
