Slow fibre optic broadband

Since I have had fibre optic broadband installed my Internet connection is rubbish my neighbour has standard talktalk broadband and his connection is a lot quicker than my fibre I have done all the checks etc and its still slow I had plastic installed last November and I think it could be a fault with this has anyone else had the same problem?

Please can you update your forum profile to include your name, telephone number and an alternative contact number.
