Speedy payment discount email error

I have just paid via debit card to getvthe discount, the payment has gone through. However, the email states that i will still be DD as usual. I have paid early because i was under the impression that i wouldnt be dd if i made a quick payment. I am not in a financially fit state to pay an £87 bill twice, so can you please put a stop to the direct debit i am so worried and this is making me ill please help thank you.

Everytime i go to talk to someone on the phone no offense but i can never understand what they are saying and aleays get tricked into something, and the online chat always says offline when i go to use it
