Talk talk are cutting my phone off any where from 1pm to 9pm
It is the same time every day
I have been logging the line voltage so i know the times it goes off and on
I have been on the phone today what a nightmare
I WANT IT FIXED
ALSO MY UPLOAD SPEED HAS DROPED FROM ABOUT 2mbps to 1.44mbps
and i got a email from Talk Talk saying my upload would be up to 5x faster
more like they have slowed it down WoW
IT SHOULD SAY YOUR UPLOAD SPEEDS ARE MADE SLOWER
when i first got (FAKE) fibre (FTTC) about 4 years ago my download speed was 32mbps and it slowly dropped over time
and my down load is now 22mbps
i renewed my contract and my speed went to 26mbps now have dropped to 22mbps
AND I GOT AN EMAIL FROM TT STATING MY UP SPEEDS WOULD BE FASTER

also a do not feel like i want to phone up with a problem after i was threatened by a manger last year.
He was called jorden naggy (the last name may have spelling errors)
HE SAID MY SERVICES WOULD BE CUT OFF AND I WOULD STILL HAVE TO PAY FOR THEM
after losing my temper with the horrendous customer service
TALK TALK SAY THE CALLS ARE RECORED FOR TRANING PURPOSES
SO I WOULD LIKE A COPY OF THAT PHONE CALL FROM JORDEN
I AM NOT GETTING WHAT I PAY FOR SO I SHOULD BEATABLE TO CANCEL

Your checks of the line voltage disappearing mean that there's a definite fault with the battery connection in the exchange or a connection fault on the metallic line to the exchange. An Openreach engineer would fix that for you.
Did you know there's an automatic line test you could use? Do you have a mobile phone? Call the automated service from your mobile on 0345 172 0088.
Tests will be carried out, you'll be updated by mobile texts and if a fault is detected an Openreach engineer will be sent out to fix the fault.
If you don't have a mobile then let me know and I'll ask an OCE (TalkTalk support team) to pick this up and carry out a line test and a broadband and router performance test for you.
We can see you're not happy Not-Happy so to make you happy I have requested a demotion to Gondola 'Worm Charmer'.
You say you've called the Automated Line Test Service on an 0800 number - has the Automated Line Test Service confirmed a fault and arranged an Openreach engineer for you?

Thanks for the responce and this is not the first i have had this problem with my phone now its
working for now just like before when i phoned up there is not na ploblem with my line
also my phone as not gone dead today i had the same problem last year was fixed after on phone to NO TALK And a lot of bad languge no more problems till now olso tt has reset my line
before and the line voltage went to 0v
tt can cut your line voltage to 0 volts with no line problem i have seen this
log your line voltage and ask them to reset your line the voltage will drop to 0 volts
for about 1 minute
SO TT CAN CUT YOUR LINE VOLTAGE TO 0 VOLTS I CAN CONFIRM THIS

My phone is now working fine since sunday but my upload is slower and dowload will post
the settings of mr router because they have changed
settinging before my upload droped

i do not have settings when my download was at 26mbps but is went to 26mbps when i renewed my contract about 8 months ago so what is the problem and why has my router
settings been changed to slow it down.
so i dont think its a line fault when i first got fiber i was getting 32mbps whitch slowly droped
over the years
so what is the problem

can not say about my phone yet because its been goning dead at about
1pm till 4 pm or 4pm till 9pm most days
this seems a bit funny to me as a line fault would be random times not the same time
every day and every time off for about 4 hours then back on
I HAD THE SAME PROBLEM LAST YEAR with my phone dont know the times
i got a call totday a 8.15am from open reach and he said there was no problem with the line
so must have been talktalks end
i will keep testing my phone but i hope its fixed now
