Just tried to log into my TalkTalk account and informed 'incorrect password'. No idea how as passwords are saved with Apple Keychain. Now tried 3 times to reset the password only to be greeted with 'ops! it looks like there is a technical problem' - quell surprise! Having had 3 emails I have now got a 6 digit code sent to my mobile but I am still getting the same error response, I am giving in now before I have to face the horror of TalkTalk telephone support.

Hi Mark, are you having a problem logging into an email account rather that your TT MyAccount? If you are I can help you get the password reset. I need you to add ALL of the following to the private note section of your community profile:
Email address affected.
Date of Birth.
Mobile contact number.
Phone number linked to email address
Full postal address email is linked to.
Once you've added that post back to let me know and I'll raise a fault ticket to get this sorted for you.
