HI,

 

I've been going back and forth with Topcashback for the past few months

and our claim keeps getting decliined


I got in touch with talktalk to today to see if it was my email address causing problems, and the email address i orignally used to order the broadband was no longer recognised with them!

I'm hoping this will clear the cashback claim up, can someone from Talktalk help?

 

As topcashback have been taking about 6 months+ with this claim now - getting fed up.

Thank you, it's a different email address to the one i've signed up to on here though?

The one i've used on here is the one i use on topcashback.
