I have yesterday ordered the new TalkTalk top broadband package ~80MB for £25.45 per month with an activation date on 17 Jan 2019.
I have this morning been made aware by my employer of an issue that prevents talk talk customers from being able to connect using VPN. This is a major concern as I am required to VPN in from home regularly.
After a quick dig on this forum, it would appear that the default router provided by talktalk is the cause of the issue : D-Link DSL 3782.
Could any talktalk staff confirm which router will be provided on this order, and advise how I can get this changed? As if this isnt possible to get resolved, Im afraid Ill have to cancel the switch...
