I checked my emails about 17.00 last night and all was well. I went back into email later to check on a couple of reservation emails which should have arrived only to find that the inbox was empty - all read and unread emails had disappeared. I tried using webmail but that was the same. Also it seems that the box clears everytime you log out as messages received since have also disappeared. Any ideas please?
Do you access your email on any other devices? If so do your settings download emails to that device?
No - I only use my laptop. I have noticed that the emails seem to stay in the inbox so long as I do't delete anything - if I do then the next time I go in they've all disappeared
if you update your profile to include your name, telephone and alternate numbers, I can arrange a call for you from a Faults Manager to help get this sorted.The call would be 0900-1800 Monday to Friday, when would suit you best?
