i have got the box all set up, when setting it up on the tv it says 'youview box couldnt connect to the Internet. Please check your cables are connected properly' I have checked and double checked, I cant see anything wrong with it, it looks exactly like the picture shows?

also you will nee to add your talktalk phone number in to your forum profile incase they need to locate your account
So I can look into this for you please can you update your forum profile to include your name and TalkTalk telephone number. To do this go into "my settings" then "personal information" then add your details.
Could you also please complete this Contact form and enter your Community username in the Twitter username field. Could you please enter "Forum" prior to your username. Once you submit the form, you will receive a 12 digit reference number, please post this into this thread.
