Customers have reported a total loss of service in and around Guildford area. This loss of service is due to a break in a fibre cable on the virgin media network which provides service to the area.
latest update, 9pm 11th March:
We're continuing to work closely with Virgin Media engineers who are on location working to clear and replace the broken cable. We'll keep you updated on their progress here so check back later for updates.
We’re also pleased to confirm that the earlier issues in the Dundee area have now been resolved and our engineers are continuing to focus on the restoration of service in Guildford.
