Total loss of service at the Belfast East exchange

We're aware that some customers connected to the Belfast East exchange were experiencing a loss of service.

Latest Update - 1:10am, 11th December:

Following repair works at the exchange we can now confirm this issue is resolved and all services have been restored. We'd like to apologise for any inconvenience caused during this time.
