Access Denied to TeamViewer

First Timer

I have a laptop which was built by my son.  I have a problem with the program and my son tried yesterday for two hours to access through TeamViewer without success.  

As he lives 30 miles away from me and also frequently works abroad in the Far East, at times for months, it's essential he is able to access my computer at any time.

i would be most grateful if access to TeamViewer could be enabled as a matter of urgency.

By default, TalkTalk are now actively blocking websites commonly used by Scammers to access a PC. These include:-

This feature can now be disabled (at your own risk of course) by logging into MyAccount. Then go to:-

My Services > Broadband > View HomeSafe settings

In there turn off Scam Protection.
