I need to access my account to register a change of address this week. The webpage doesn't recognise any of my email addresses for some reason so I need to re-enter my registration details. The problem is that my customer number is required which I do not have. All my TalkTalk related paper work was binned, by mistake, as part of my move and none of the emails I have seen to reference the number.
Can you sort this for me please as a matter of some urgency.
