I cannot access Anydesk via Google search or using the app on my laptop. I urgently need to get back on to it and my IT team have said that it's working fine on their end. I've checked my settings which look like it should be allowed.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Hi pleasanthub, have you turned off Scam Protection in HomeSafe? You do this via MyAccount.

Turn it on and then off again to see if that clears the problem. If not please turn off your router for 30 minutes and see if the change of IP address clears the fault. Have you recently changed the rotuer?
